Coastal
Picardy, is a shared ambition
I and everyone from the team at the Mixed Syndicate for Management
in Coastal Picardy take the opportunity of this first newsletter
to present you with our best wishes for the New Year which should
be rich in hope! This belief in the future I think I may say is
shared by all, private and public entities, working with the Mixed
Syndicate for more than 20 years now, on the economic and tourist
development of Coastal Picardy. Work is far from over. Turning Coastal
Picardy into a European tourist destination whilst preserving its
exceptional environment this, more than ever, remains our aim. Let
us unite our efforts around the SMACOPI, to turn1995 into a new
phase of planning for our shorelinel.

A
CLUB HOUSE
in BELLE DUNE

La façade
sud du club house du golf Belle Dune (architecte : Patrick Delamotte)
Much awaited by those who already appreciate the charm of the greens in
Belle Dune Golf, a new Club-House will open its doors in the second semester
of 1995.
Located at the heart of the future Belle Dune complex near the lake and
the main road of access to the site, it will nicely complete the installations.
With an architecture taking its inspiration from seaside buildings, the
club house created by the architect M. Patrick Delamotte, will generally
use noble materials: wood, bricks, tiles, slate... excluding those that
are not natural in origin.
Proportionate openings and appropriate simple ornaments will add to the
construction.
